They've withheld income in the person who needs to spend them due to their solutions. They've not compensated the expenses of the customer. They inform him to contact them-and don't abandon a telephone number they state his cash turns up 3 times once they really receive it. Which for me they've didn't offer solutions. 2) fulfill his requirements. 3) or even to handle him with regard. They've lied to him.
