We're a trucking organization and we entered in to a agreement with Eagle Precast to move supplies to some job-site. We moved many hundreds effectively. Today, we're having an issue finding compensated the $4000.00 owed to us for services made. Eagle Precast proceeds to inform us that his client has not compensated them and they send us to Sheri and/or Bill Sisson at N&M Masonry in Lubbock, Texas since Bill Sisson is just a companion with Eagle Precast and we are informed they spend the expenses. Whenever we contact them, additionally they inform us they do not have the cash to pay for us.
