Don't work for this company. It's a turnover pit

Public storage is a rip off, do not work for this company as a district manager. I left my job to join this company as a district manager bench.

The company fires its lowest hanging managers every year. You can be doing really good. However, if your units are not doing as well as the others, they will fire you without asking a question.

This company doesn't have good benefits, the pay is really low and you don't see the stocks they promise for almost two years. The customers who rent from these people are really the ones who have to pay. The company takes you through loops and doops to check out of your space. They will find a way to charge you. As a manager, you are subject to being beat up by an angry customer that forgot to pay there bill and we sould the personals. This is a bad company, if your a district manager, don't come here. You will be very sorry.
