Fradulent! Consumers Beware!

*Business Travellers Beware! *

I too, am a victim of this unscrupulous, and deviant agency, and I too, am a victim of mistaken identity. I have contacted both the Casa Grande, AZ Court, and Miami Magistrate Court, and LDC Collections, both formers acknowledging the error. LDC however, has blatantly ignored numerous letters, and as a final warning, I have drafted yet another letter, with a copy of the order from Miami Magistrate Court, which acknowledges the error.

Having never visited either juristictions, I couldn't figure out how this happened, until a recent business trip to Phoenix, and it dawned on me; These guys have to be in cahoots with either the car rental agencies or the hotels! Either way, their business practices are dubious at best, if not outright fraudulent.

Someone needs to get the attention of the Attorney General, and demand an investigation, (which is why I CC'd both my home state, and Arizona's Attorney General. Hopefully, someone will put a stop to these individuals sullying the names of good people.
