Italkbb's service is extremely bad. We have switched from italkbb to a new phone company Vonage and requested italkbb to transfer our phone number to Vonage. After 4 weeks and over 15 phone calls to italkbb's customer service, the phone number transfer still can not be done.in addition, we want to cancel our contract with italkbb and return their phone box. They refuse to send us the return address. Their business contact is definitely unethical and may be even illegal.
