They do not pay the amount they claim to pay

They claim to pay more for your scrap gold than what they actually pay. They only pay about 15% of what you are led to believe. I sent approx $700 worth of 22k certified gold coins about 15 grams and they only paid me $186.00. They are a rip off. They phone number they list is never answered you only get a recording stating all lines are busy no matter when you call. Their address is only a mail drop box
