Ripoff gave out card number without permission billed credit card without authorization

I ordered cards from VistaPrint. They gave my card number without permission to Business Max. They have been billing me for a small business membership with them.

I do not even have a business. After calling, they reimbursed the present month but refuse to reimburse prior charges. This is a scam.
