Rip-off! Dishonest fraudulent billing of alleged telephone calls to pay per view sites. Dallas Texas

This company mailed me an invoice for $44, claiming I made a call to the United Kingdom on June 24. The telephone number the invoice lists as the number I supposedly used was disconnected over 9 months before the date of the call.in addition, my computer has no phone connection and I do not have a LAN line in my apartment.

The company continues to claim the charge is valid and threatens to tarnish my credit report if I don't pay the bill. There is no phone number to contact the company and their website requires the download of a suspicious plug-in to get access to their customer service page.

This company is a scam, preying on the unsuspecting or less informed and Internet savvy people out there. There are several sites gathering new reports of this scam almost daily.
