Ritec International is misleading their potential customers by not providing accurate information regarding demonstration of effectiveness of their glass protective coating named Ritec Clearshield.
During their presentation of the "effectiveness" of the Clearshield coating they use glass bell which is splashed with "mud" (Glass Dome Demo http://www.youtube.com/watch? V=fdQQS7amTto). On the screen it all looks nice and treated (lower) part of the dome is performing "teflonlike" in contrast to the upper part of the dome which has not been treated with Ritec Clearshield coating.
However, crucial information they are not revealing in their demonstration to potential customers, is that upper part of the glass dome was chemically treated so more mud sticks to is (practically upper part has been it has been chemically etched so it sticks more mud to it). Therefore we are misled into belief that lower part is performing so perfectly.
Such misrepresentation of the facts and luring of the public and potential customers into buying their coating that does not work represents dishonest conduct of the company.
