Product Unacceptable / Won't Issue Refund

I purchase this product online after ordering a sample. When the product arrived the 1ST TIME it was clearly not finished properly. After numerous emails and phone calls the owner of the company admitted that the product had not been finished correctly and he offered to pick up product, ship back to California, redo correctly and ship back. This put my construction timeline behind by 2 weeks.

Upon receiving the product for the 2ND time it is still not correct. Although the president of the company, Steve Barron, promised that I would be 100% happy I certainly am not and the company refuses to take back the unacceptable product and issue a refund. I am unable to use this product on my house the colors are so off from the original sample. Buyer beware! Do not order from this company. You will not be 100% happy and you will not get your money back if you are not happy.
