Been ordering from them for years, about 4-6 cartons every month. Never had any problems before. Now made a large order on June 22 with priority shipping (should take 8 days max to california). Now it's July 12 with no product still.
Sent an inquiry email to Customers@yesmoke. Ch Hopefully I'll hear back. I'm glad i'm not the only one as it seems they might have had a problem around the middle of June (hence the date of the other persons order above)
