I have been ordering cigarettes from Yesmoke. Ch (formerly Yesmoke.com) for 2 years, paying the extra $2.00 per carton for faster delivery. Like clockwork, they alway arrived in 5-8 days, no problems.

Suddenly, on 11/18/04, I placed an order for 3 cartons, but within minutes, I realized that I had moved since last ordering, and had forgotten to change the mailing addess. They send an auto-responder immediately to let you know that the order was received, along with other info, including a section where you can edit the order for a certain amount of time before they were actually shipped. I went to that section to change the mailing address. The instructions regarding that were vague, but appeared that I needed to cancel the origingal order & place a new, duplicate order with the correct information.

I did so, and received another auto-responder, with both orders each for $44.10, both to be shipped the next morning (US GMT time) for a total of $88.10. I emailed right back, well before any orders I make that day would be shipped, but received email back from them after the time of shippment saying that all six cartons had already been shipped, and that in fact, I had not cancelled either of the orders. (Although I know for a fact that I had).

But, O.K. I was then expecting 6 cartons. To this date, 01/06/05, no cigarettes. On 12/09/04, they replied to my email inquiring about status, saying to please wait 10 more days, due to problem with cigarettes being confiscated at JFK on Dec. 16 - 2 days before I placed my order, yet they didn't hesitate to take my money anyway, without letting me know that there could be a potential problem with their delivery.

The last reply I received from them, on 12/23/04, abruptly told me to recover my refund from my credit card company. I wrote back, informing them that I had used the same DEBIT card I had with them in the past, meaning that the money was taken straight from my checking account, & the bank won't just replace the money unless they are first refunded by Yesmoke. Ch. I have never received anymore reply's from them.

Everybody who had ordered from them in the last couple of months with a similar experience, needs to get together somehow, and find a way to recover our money. That is downright theft, we don't deserve it!
