Let me first say my first impression was a good one Bobbie the sales rep was a very pleasant person to work with! With that being said... I have nothing else nice to say about this company. They were absolutely the worst company I've ever dealt with. It started with them coming to pack me up and stating that they needed to charge an additional fee because it was more than they anticipated... Even though when they went through the checklist it was accurate. I relented an settled on addl 1k.

They came back the next day to pack me and started talking about addl charges... I said absolutely not!!! The car company they contracted out with came to pick up my car... Said they would deliver in 3 business days and would call 24hrs in advance. I called the company on 2nd business today to alert them I'd not heard from the shippers... Was promised a call back no call back.
