Worst experience ever
First mistake they couldn't tell me how much the fee was
When I asked the receptionists her response wad she didn't know I had to see a preparer first. Secondly all I got was 50.00 not a 1000.00 but I was promised I will receive by using Ral which is suppose to take 24-48hrs it took 5 days obviously I didn't receive it. So I waited for 2 weeks. They charged 700.00 never in my life have i ever paid that to get my taxes filed. They are the most deceatful, ratchet, low down dirty thieves i have ever come across. I will never do buisness there and would not recommend my worst enemy
