Ripoff dishonest bad attitude and service liers

Three months ago I took my 9 month daughter to take pictures at this place in the mall. I set an appoinment to take here I paid $10 cash. When I took her in they took almost three hours to take the pictures they had real bad service.

A week later I went to go see the pictures to order them. The employers never explained to me how much the packets were nor how much time in took for me to have the pictures. Well the manager under the name Jenny was a real Bit*.

She was ablagatting me and my husband to buy a set of pictures which costed almost $400. Well at the end I just orderd 2 sets of wallets which came out to $50.00 plus shipping and handling $10.95 tax = $65.07.

Well I paid cash that same day which was on April 02 when i left the mall i read the recipt and said that pictures will be recieved in 6 to 8 weeks from full payment. Until today 3 months later i have not recieved anything.

I have spoken to the manager which is a Bit* and has just not gaven me any reason i told here i wanted my money back and she told me no. She told me to speak to customer service so i did this lady under the name charol told me what was going on with my pictures and Jenny had a lot to do with it and was almost fired.

Charol told me on june 21 that my pictures were there for two weeks waiting for me to pick them up but the problem is that i paid s&h. I have been waiting and i've called them and said that they have been mailed until today july 09 i havent recived nothing. Like it has happened to me it will happen to many.
