False Avertisement, Poor Customer Service, Selling Inferior Item not as Pictured

I was looking to buy an Original Casio Triple Sensor watchband replacement. I found the website TimeMasters Distribution Inc. The website shows a photo of an Original Casio Triple Sensor replacement watchband. So, I ordered the watchband.

After 10 days, I received the watchband. BIG Surprise. The watchband was Generic. The band had no Casio markings as shown in the photo on the website, NO Pro Trek logo, NO Iluminator logo, nothing.

I called the company to find out what went wrong and how I could get the watchband I ordered. The first costumer service representative had a bad attitude. He was impossible to talk too. So I asked to speak with a supervisor.

The supervisor told me he would "make me a favor" by sending me the most closely resembling watchband. I told the supervisor he was not doing me any favors since his company didn't send the item that was pictured on the website.
