Everything on the web page talks about FREE credit report. Nowhere does it say you need to cancel within 14 days. When I did not they charged me $29.95. A call to get it reversed resulted in nothing being credited back. They say they send out an email telling you about this but also said they have trouble sending to gmail accounts, which I have.in trying to do a charge back I was told they could not as there is an area on the website with their terms of agreement which state it and I should have read it. WHO DOES THAT?
I am guessing there are more reputable companies that provide this service.
