Anderson Industrial Roofing Unethical company - Breach of contract, Harassment, Deceptive Trade Practices &

This company, one of the owners and some of employees in my opinion lack integrity. They claimed to have completed the work on my home, even has called threatening me to pay or else... This has been going on for months. His "contractors" damaged my home and property, even work that was done by one "contractor" was damaged by another they sent out. He claims to be a Million $ home builder, though I do not see that type of quality... Just the exact opposite. My brand new gutters they "installed" were not only damaged but have been told some segments/pieces were not installed properly. First, claimed all work would be complete within about one week... No where close! Original contract is still not complete... BUT they placed a lien on my home claiming all work has been completed.

Then there is the "Advertising Discount Program", which we signed. Come to find out per the owner James, the reason some items weren't completed, basically something to the effect of... They had to recover the lost $ basically by cutting corners i.E. Drip edge not replaced even though it was paid for by my insurance company. He got the first payment and then final payment once the job was closer to completion due to his threats and harassment. He then submits an invoice to my insurance company for a "Depreciation" amount even on the items and supposed repairs they didn't complete. I personally view that as FRAUD!!!

The mind boggling part is that THEY CHANGED MY CONTRACT after I SIGNED IT (carbon paper... Great invention)... Oh, wait it gets better... Wait for it... Wait for it... Ready... They submitted their changed version to the TARRANT Co. Government... As part of their evidence of their claim of lien... Absolute genius!!! Can you say tampering with a governmental record with the intent to defraud??? I think so!!!

One of their employees, Scott had to be advised if he came on my property again, I would press criminal trespass charges against him. Then there is one of the owners, James Anderson, he is in my opinion a bully... He has threatened me, called me, sent texts & even had someone claiming to be an employee call while I was at work yesterday (Friday, February 24th @ 0913 CST) and tell me that first I NOW owned close to $14K... I then said something to the effect of he must be hitting the crack pipe. (while I honestly think he doesn't do illegal drugs, I do feel his sense of reality is a bit off. Given everything that I have experienced and has occurred)... Then the figure went up to around $21K... All this occurred after I advised no further contact with me in writing on January 16th @ 1125 CST. They may think they are pulling some thing over on a single mom home owner... They've seriously underestimated me!!! I have lots of evidence including but not limited to... Paperwork, phone records, pictures and hmmmm... (posting this from my phone, will have to upload pictures and other attachments, i.E.: PDF's later when at a real computer)
