CDG LLC wrote a check on an account that was closed for 5 months

Customer applied for credit and was denied. Agreed to make the delivery as a COD

Customer agreed and then gave me a check on an account at TD Bank that had been closed since

October. Then came and exchanged printers for better ones before notification the check

Did not clear. Not able to reach anyone I have had to turn over to my attorney to Handle
