Tina Bond, Heriberto Viramontes Her Husband Wrote a check to our company on a knowingly closed checking account

We were contacted by Tina V to help her with her phone system and computer network. She explained that she had to move quickly from her old office space due to flooding and she needed help in setting up her hardware. Once on-site we noticed that she did not have the software for her phone system so we told her a price and she agreed. We proveded the software and got her phone system working that same day. Her computer network was very screwed up and we could not fix in 1 trip so we returned the following day. She kept saying that as soon as her printers would work she could make deposits into her account and write us a check. We finished and she wrote us a check for $987.50. She went into the other room and signed her husbands name to the check.

12 days later we got notice from our bank that the account was closed. I contacted her and she explained that it was a mess up and that she would pay us. A few days later and no contact from her I called her again. She explained that she just set up a new account with Chase and would write us the check. I explained that she not only stole our labor but without our software her phones would not be working - she agreed. I faxed her a letter explaning what our next steps were and that we would be sueing her for up to 3 times the amount fo the check - She called me very angry saying that her lawyer was writing us a letter - which never came.

I found her name all over Rip off report and wished I had looked at this before doing any work for her. I am frustratded that she can rack up such a bad history of criminal activity and the police have not done anything to stop her from stealing from good local busines's. I have also filled out a bad check report with Kane county concerning her actions.

She is a career criminal who needs to be stopped and made to pay for her past thefts.
