Silver plate labeled as sterling silver

A few of the jewelry results which were plainly called silver had a few of the end used down and were clearly silverplated copper. I directed this out towards the store-manager and he or she attempted stating they were said to be silverplated. I informed her the products alongside they were said to be coated which all of these stated silver. She wasn't useful and stated she'd "tell them about this."
