Marcella dinkha took my deposit and never delivered my dress!

This lady is a con artist. She seems so nice and polite when you meet her. But she is a evil, ugly snake. Full of hate and bitterness. She fooled me into putting a deposit on a dress from her catalog. Which she said was her "factory". Come to find out she buys the dresses from wholesalers, retags them and sells them off as her own.

Many customers have complained about her and left her just like all of her ex husbands! Niles, lincolnwood, skokie and morton grove should not allow this low life to do business with our community. I have contacted the district attorney's office and will post the update.
