We have been dealing with Michael (Mike) Wyche for 1 year. The result is he has ripped us off. He pick properties up for us and then supervised renovation of houses. He said that his commission is between $1.5K-$2K per purchase. As we figure out later on he has put on the top of each house over $10K that he put into his pocket.

The renovation was done in a very poor way & he charged us as it was the high end of work. None of the houses were sold. Michael does not act in the best interest of clients. He cares only of his own interest. He has a limited or very little knowledge of real estate but he knows how to get money out of his clients. He knows nothing about a right way of doing renovation. Everything Michail Wyche said is a lie.
