Paid for 24/7 tech support, both ph no. Had been disconnected they took $120 $100 =$220. They were meant to fix my pc but just played around "fixed nothing", when they downloaded norton 360 it came with a trojan, "some technician", didnt pick it up, said he worked 10 years for microsoft, ha, ha
