Very mad!

I ordered a couch from here and we payed for a 5 year warrenty. They said they will cover everything

No matter what it was. So we called up Faith's and they told us what we needed to do. They gave us the number for the insurance claim and we sent them the info they needed and they denied us because of the date. They said it had to be within 30days when we bought the couch, but yet we paid for 5 years and now we cant get a new couch. Faiths's hasn't called us but my husband and I are going to take a little time to go where ever the insurance place is and demand they give us a new couch!
