Ruined Valentine's Day

This company is so unprofessional I am blown away. On the front page of their website they claim to have been featured on The View, but I can't believe that a well known talk show would use such a horrific company.

For a while I have been talking about rainbow roses and my sweet husband attempted to make me happy by ordering me some for Valentine's Day. He ordered from Rainbowrose.net and sure enough Valentine's Day came and went and the roses never came. My husband felt so bad because all he wanted to do was make me happy but these idiots can't even do their job and get flowers delivered.

The roses themselves were about $200 and he was promised delivery by Valentine's Day. Around 9 P.M. When my husband clued me in to the fact that they were not coming, I called their 800 number and got someone who was an "after hours" order taker and was told the manager would call me today. I haven't heard anything yet and since I know they are on the east coast, I went ahead and tried calling their 718 number they have listed on the site. Surprise disconnected!

I called the 800 number again and some woman who I could hardly understand. She answered the phone saying something that sounded like "pc" not hello or rainbowrose.net. So I said "hello"? In a rather curious tone because I wasn't sure I even had the right number and I was met with a rude "hello" right back. I asked if it was rainbowrose.net and she rudely responded "YEAH" and I told her I wanted to speak to someone about our order that was never delivered. The she went on about how she was waiting for so and so to come in because lots of people have been calling and whatever else. The woman was so hard to understand I just decided to wait for the managers call.

I will be calling the credit card company because this company has produced zero product in the expected time frame. Do yourself a favor and don't order anything from them, they are highly unprofessional. I will also be making a complaint with the BBB.
