DBA Harold Inc. Fires employees for being pregnant and cheats employees out of pay due to them

Dish Express if one of the worse companies to be employed by. I thought all companies had certain state laws they have to abide by to remain in business, it's funny how they can find all the loop holes and still remain in business.

My spouse was employed by this company on two seperate occasions and was labeled as an employee and supposed to be paid as an employee. When receiving his bi-weekly paycheck he would not be paid for jobs he did, and this was on a continuous basis.

Sometimes when he confronted the owner of this business about his paycheck, he would get reimbursed, but there were several occasions when he did not. Who can afford to work for free, we couldn't afford it, especially when trying to raise a family on one income at the time. After totaling the amounts of the income that we did not recieve it started adding up to over 1000.00 or more that my spouse never received.

I had worked for this company also for a brief time, while my spouse was working there still and I notified the owner on a Friday that I was expecting our second child and would still like to work there, and that nothing would interfer with my job. Obviously the owner Gary Shapario is against pregnant woman, because I was called on the phone that following monday and fired. Gary Shapario used every excuse in the book to state why I was fired, except for the truthful excuse of me being pregnant.

When I spoke back to him about the reason for me being fired, he became a very defensive person, which in turn shows me of his guilt. Also, I was also confirmed the reason for me being fired with all the other office personal. This man is nothing but a lier, cheat and expects employees to work for free. All employees are treated the same by this man, I guess that's what they call an equal opportunity employer, which he claims to be.
If your desperate enough to work for this company or individual don't expect to ever receive any unemployment compensation either. My spouse and I can find other places to volunteer our time, that is worthy of our time and legitmate.
