I would like to report sprint telephone service in charlotte, nc p.O. Box 96064 for a Rip-Off, Dishonest, Fraudulent billing. I had a total of $130.39 of charges that were added to my home phone.
I have basic services that include the following: dial tone, caller ID and call waiting.
I had $45.01 that I was charged for long distance when I have a long distance block on my phone. I was also charged for USBI that come to find out is a scam that was added to our bill in the amount of $32.95. I was billed for OAN that is another rip-off scam that was added for the amount of $15.11 I am being charged $6.08 for a Interstate access surcharge that I was never billed for before.
Like I had mentioned above our services were only sprint solutions plan that I have originally wanted but being charged $16.47 for a mainstreet platinum plan in addition to my sprint solutions plan.
A Universal service fund in the amount of $1.21???
Where did all of this come from. When I had called sprint the rude customer service man said he could not do anything about these charges that were added to my bill. When I had asked what and why I was being charged for it he said "I can't tell you."
Sounds crazy but a $1.00 surcharge was added for access to 911, I do not understand why or how they can get away with this! This is dishonest and it's fraud. I would like to take further action in this matter!
I live in a small community and sprint is our only local phone service available. There has been several other complaints from people in our community dealing with the same problem.
I am a parent of 2 and work full time trying to make ends meet, I surely do not need someone taking my money that I can't afford especially when I have a family to support. I feel like I have been robbed. I am very upset over this matter. This is not right and I will fight for justice!
I was told by sprint customer service that I would have my services disconnected if this was not paid by July 11.
They had disconnected my services 2 days ago for a past due amount that was 3 days late and made me pay a restoration fee of $30.00. I needed a phone because I have small children in my home and with that I had paid it and had my services back.
I would like to know what to do about this matter.
Something needs to be done! And I know that I am not the only victum. Sprint is a scam and I would like to warn every Sprint customer to look at there bills closely because it could easily happen to them like it did myself.
