I ordered a fairly expensive flower arrangement. It was to be delivered on Valentine's Day. The order wasn't delivered, there wasn't a note left, and they never tried contacting me.

I called to ask what happened. The lady said it's possible the local florist ran out of those particular flowers for my order. I wanted to know what they can for me now.

She only gave the option of sending them the next day for a small discount. I told her I didn't want to try that. She told me to hold for a minute and she'll look into other options and the call was disconnected.

So I call again and the phone line was off. I tried a different phone and tried calling again and again. Now suddenly it says they're closed and they aren't taking any calls.

This website is an absolute scam! They won't give you the service you paid for. They take your money and run. They aren't a legit company, just don't use their service or else you'll get ripped-off like me.
