Jeff Herman, Owner False Price Advertising, Ceasing Operation Notice With Charges On My Credit Card Without Service Promised Boca Raton

On January 24, I contacted WatchRepair.net through their website about get my Panerai serviced. My decision to contact them was due to the great reviews this company have received through their website and the $499 complete overhaul pricing. Jeff Herman called me couple days later telling me that complete overhaul is now $699 and told me I needed few other things after he inspected my watch. At the end pricing came out to be $899. He offered to give me $50 discount and I decided to go forward with it.

Jeff told me that it would take about 4 -6 weeks before I would get my watch back and he needed to charge my credit card for service he was providing me before hand instead of after the work was done. I guess that should of been a first alarm that should of gone off in my head. He had my watch already and he could of held that as a hostage.
