Took my money and never gave me the product. The way the company is set up is to take your money and they provide NO REFUNDS even if you don't receive product. WOW how they get away with that

I ordered some flowers online at a flower shop. The flowers were never delivered. The only way to cancel is by phone or in person. I called over twenty times and left messages. I finally went in person. I asked for my cancellation and refund and they said their refund terminals were down and I noticed all the lights on their phone blinking and they had the phone off the hook. I quickly began to worry as this seemed like a rip-off store. So I asked for my order to be cancelled and my money back. They offered me another arrangment and I said no. They continued making it and I demanded my refund and they said terminals were down. I left and looked for someone to call and get compensated. No place was found. I feel frauded and I know there are other like me too. I saw a guy walk out crying saying his wife never received flowers before her open heart surgery and that she was now critical. What a place they should be shut down for fraud business.
