Company sold the item can't delivery - customer service

I purchases a Lenovo U260 on 9/09. Afer waiting for 6 days and 8 calls, they told me can not delivery stuff.

How can a compnay run false advertise? The order number is 62188063. Mailing address 1608 Laguna Dr tallahass FL 32308. How can a company run business like this, Soooooo irresponsible. Seems "cancel the order" is easy way out. Do they have business ethics? I would like to tell everyone shopping online do not do business with Buy.com. You will be fooled!!
