Emailed me over paying back a pay day loan i NEVER took out

Hi i have received an email from these people saying i owe them 945.67 for a pay day loan I NEVER took out and if I did not contact them I would be going to court which would be over 5000 dollars and I would loose steaming from Sept 25th. At the time I was in TX trying ot get home i never took out a pay day loan. I wound up calling family for money to get back to Wisconsin. Which I did i even called my bank they said only thing which was deposited in that time was my ssi and the money i got from the money gram from my family member which I deposited myself. Needless to say i called this company and well chewed em a new a*. They were very hard to understand got very rude and hung up which made me madder so i called back immediately an got some one very apologetic and i explained to them and they said well we will l0ook into this im like I do not wan tto hear about this again unless I am not responsible or you made a mistake.

The phone number in this email is 1-347-983-0385 and then it proceeded to say if i can use my debit card and clear this up i was thinking hell no. Right now my bank is on high alert with all this going on and they got a investigator standing by waiting for them to try something. I am very angry at this and i would like to see something done please.
