I received a call from a Susan Kemp (chief loan officer) stating that I was approved for my loan of $5000 and I had to send payment of $645 for the disability insurance. So like a dummy I did. She called me back and also sent the loan contract via email. After 3 hours of waiting I called my bank to see if the loan amount was deposited and of course it was not. After many phone calls and emails sent to her from me. Still not resolved. I want my money back from this company. I am on disability and can not afford this. I dont understand why or how people think that they can take advantage of people like this. There is got to be something that we can do.
