I was given a gift certificate for house cleaning by Posh Cleaning for 2 hours of service. The service was paid for by the person who gave me the gift. I received a very fancy looking gift card with the general information and who to call.
I have called 4 times in 3 weeks to set up the service. Each time an answering machine said to leave name, number etc.in 3 weeks, Posh did not return the call. The gift giver called to find out the problem and has not received a return phone call.
Posh pocketed the money and skipped out on the service.
