Rip off and a scam! Unprofessional, takes your money and ignores your calls hoping you will just go away

In my parents were referred to her to help them repair their credits, due to the language barrier they had gone to a middle person who claims Pikake can help them and did the interpretations and paper works for them, my parents had deposited $1800 into the account number listed on the contract, the contract promised them that their credits would be fixed in 6 months, how ever after 6 months into the process, my parents credits still remain the same. My parents were told that it takes a little bit longer than usual and to be patient.

After the the 6 months, the middle person who was involved with the interpretations disappeared, changed their number and my parents were not able to contact her, they decided to contact Pikake themselves and follow up with her personally, for the first couple calls, she told them that she would be working on it. My father got frustrated after seeing no improvements and requested that he receive his refund. After that, their calls went unanswered and were being ignored. My parents had called her on several occasions, about once or twice a month for about 1 year and never got any answers or explanations.

According to the contract, it stated that the 2 credit reports listed was to be "guaranteed" to show improvements or receive up to 100% refund, 2 years later, the 2 credit that was guaranteed still showed up on my parents credit reports without any changes.

Frustrated, they had asked me to try to contact her, hoping that I would get some response from her. I had called her and left a message for her to call me, faxed my parents latest credits reports hoping for some explanations or response... So far, I had not heard from her... I decided to do some research on this, went on line and found this site.

Not too surprising to find out that some one else went through the same problem with her... I want you to know Pikake that we will not go away quietly just because you chose to take my parents money and run with it.

I too will continue to spread the word about you and I will continue to pursue this in any way I can until you give the refund or fix the problems, you will hear from me again, I will not let my parents be the victims of your scam and your greed for money by promising to help them, then take their money and ignore their calls. I will make sure that you go out of business and never do this to another person again.
