Pikake Paahana, First Rate Credit Services
Pikake is an absolute crook!

I contacted Pikake at First Rate Credit Services (She is the entire company) for help repairing my credit. She reviewed my credit report and offered a "100% gurantee" for getting lates off. She wrote in the contract that she could do this all in 4 months and stated she needed $1500 upfront as payment.
Throughout the entire process, she claimed to be getting an updates 'tomorrow'. Several times she claimed it would be resolved in another 2 weeks.
The 4 months was up and still the credit report showed lates. Again she claimed she was "almost done", "almost done"... After 3 MORE months & still having the lates on the credit report, I decided to finally ask for my refund.
She never returned my calls or e-mails from that point forward. Her website www.firstratecredit.com is now down.
She is a fraud, a crook, a coward, a liar and has $1500 of my money for doing nothing. Run away from doing business with this criminal!
