They said that i was on a budget and was not the budget rate always went up and never stayed the same and they said they would be lower then my other company and was not i left gateway and got a $1700

I started gateway thinking that things would be lower like i was told and at first it was then every month my bill keep going up and not down i was never phone about it or never got letters that it was going to go up then i got a stated that my contect was over and my rates were going up i was told when i started that there was never going to be a contrect so when i seen what it was going to be i drop them and went back to my normal company i got a last bill from them and it was $1700 icalled and ask why and they said it was a budget and we were never on one so they shouldnt of charged us that and when ever i tried calling to get it fix i was hung up on left and right
