Very rude and do no deliver as agreed. Still have not received my property and it is past the 14 day delivery schedule they constantly change the delivery dates

The company Star Of David Moving and Storage or Star Of David Moving, Inc. (same company), picked up my property in New York, June 2/04. The pick-up person told us we would receive our property within 4 to 5 days.
They asked for 10% of total cost as a tip, we gave only $100.00. According to the contract we are supposed to recieve our property within 14 business days and today June 26/04 we still have not recieved our property.
Ron, the dispatcher was very rude and told me not to call him again and we would receive it when we receive it and then he hung up the phone in a very rude way.
We asked for the owner and was told the owner not available.
Ron, kept telling me he would call me back to tell me when we would expect delivery and he never calls us back.
