Express Digital Refused to pay out monies owed

PhotoReflects has for the last 3 months failed to get the monies they collected on my behalf to me. For 3 months I have heard that I have entered my account information incorrectly and they were unable to process the ACH to my bank account. With each so called failed deposit I was told to reenter my account information. They made sure that they took their monthly fee from me for the time that I was using their service.
As of Today I am still trying to get my monies. Today's email was again my fault they were unable to process the ACH to my bank account, Even though I have emailed them several times asking for a check to be mailed to me.
Their Customer service is anything but a service. You have to either email your problem and hope they return an answer with in 24 hours, or you can call and leave a message.
With each phone call and email I find my self more help less then the last! I find their solutions to be empty words of passing the buck! Their buck passing always ends up with it being the fault of mine!
I would not recommend doing any business with this company what so ever!
