Rip-off, Scam Artists, Run Away! Cashed Checks, Did not do work, Arlington

A - Z Best Home Improvements, Tim Rose, took deposits of $4950.00, cashed our checks, and did not finish the work he was hired to do.in June they started a small amount of work, then left. They kept rescheduling, and we would wait all day and they would never show up. Tim would tell us each day, that it would be done tommorrow. He said that he purchased materials, that never materialized.

He spoke to us and left messages saying his crew was on it's way. They never made it.

We paid them to install laminate, carpet, and tile. All they did was lay the tile, did not grout it and left. Mr. Rose gave numerous excuses why the work wasn't done, but he was just stalling. We have been lied to over and over and over.

We agreed to pay a fair amount for the work done, if we could get a refund of the balance. Tim Rose agreed to that and then did not show up for 2 appointments to handle the refund. We have had to hire new contractors and pay for new materials.
