Dargoh (seller) Took my money, never received order, seller wouldn't respond, customer service wouldn't help

I paid $11 for zen magnets. They were marked as shipped over two months ago and never arrived. I contacted the seller multiple times and he didn't respond. When I contacted customer service (Julia was the representative,) she wouldn't help me. This seems like the only online shopping website that doesn't take responsibility for its sellers.
