Did not follow their contract they had me sign 3031 Allen St., suite 100

I signed a contract on Jan. 19. It was concerning a lawsuit. It state that I would receive all of my money in one lump sum, it did not say anything about holding any money back. Which they have done, they've held over $4,000 back. There telling me that It's got to go through Medicaid Recovery Dept. Of Illinois. There is no Dept. Of any type. I've talk to someone in Illinois and looked it up on the web and they tod me there is no Dept. And I found no Dept. Either.

Today I looked into it and they are commiting fraud. They told me in a letter that it could take atleast 90 days to get the rest. But the contract I signed never said anything about holding the rest of my money back. I've looked over my contract many times never once did it say that they would hold any money back. The contract I signed stated that I would get all my money in one lump some. They have lied to me and as far as i'm concerned they have comitted fraud.
