Jason Painter Avoid this person

I had some recent dealings with Jason Painter from Program Realty and seldom in my 50 years have I ever met a ruder and more obnoxious person. I was originally wanting to purchase an upscale vacation home from him. Now, you could not pay me enough to even talk to this person again. He avoided answering my questions in any straight forward fashion, and he reminded me of a slimy door to door salesmen. When I questioned him further, he told me not to contact him again, as he did not need my business. It appears to me that he does not want to deal with anyone who may have intelligent questions to ask? Beware and avoid!
