I ordered a placement card and they can not locate the card i have been having problems with it since i received it. I will never go full with this company ever again

Some how other people are getting my information. This is my third card and they have failed to send it on time. I have been having problems with the card every since i have received it. They charge you every time you call with a report about your on card. The customer service is no good because they want tell you how to access your on account properly.
