Can't fix improper Caller ID's and Incompetent Customer Service

THese poeple cannot get their caller ID's straight and they passthe buck to landlines and comcast, etc. I have been in contact with everyone and they put their customers in a postion to call sll these other companies to fix their problems. I have been fighting them for 2 plus years about this and get the same answer for all departments.

I will not do their work and solve their caller ID problem, which they don't even know what it is. All I know is the person on the caller ID is not the one that has been paying the bill.

They are incompeten and rude, given all their issues they are in no position to do this!

I have seen many of these issues all over the US. And unfortunaltely they all have the same cellular phone company's name. Very unfortunate!
