Doesn't send e-gift cards, keeps money spent on bids and service fees Internet

I bid on 2 e-gift cards from restaurant.com, won the bid, paid them promptly, they received their money but I have not received either one of the gift cards. It is well past the 7-10 business days allowed for processing.

I have inquired three times to customer service, the first two times they replied that they did not have a telephone number for me and to go online and "chat" with customer support or call an 800 number given. The third complaint I gave them my phone number and still have not heard from them either by e-mail or phone.

At 60cents a bid these people are making money hand over fist, even though some of the items have free bids (like bidpacks and the e-gift cards) it is still a rip-off. Auctions go on and on (sometimes for days) for the very few items they have that are actually worth something, even though they have reached the maximum bid price. Stay away from Internet Auction sites!!! You can drop a couple of hundred dollars on bids in a very short time and still may not win that $50.00 item!!!
