Penny auctions penny auction ripoff won over 700.00 gift cards dating back to 8-15 never recieved

Penny Auction Ripoff, Auction site where you can place bids to win gift cards. I won loads of gift cards and shipping was allways slow, a month behind, then shippments stopped in November. I tried to contact by e-mail a couple times, never recieved any response, tried calling them and they use a message all day long everyday saying they are waiting on customers, but no matter how many times you try you will never get them on the line. I tried a 100 times, recieved same message every time. The last e-mail I told them I was going to report them to the proper authorities, its been 2 weeks and haven't heard nothing yet. I can see being out of stock on a item, but I won many different gift cards valued at over 700.00 dating clear back to August 15, this is way to long. I have won gift cards on other sites and you have them in a couple weeks. Bidtastik.com has by far the worst customer service out of any penny auction site on the internet, this company needs shut down.
