Ripoff will lie to get your "fully refundable" deposit fort lauderdale

This is another complaint in a long list of BBB and customer complaints against Team USA Moving (These BBB complaints are found under Team USA Moving's old address—not the Ft. Lauderdale address).

Team USA Moving aka Teamusamoving.com told me my deposit was necessary to secure the rate quoted, and that it was fully refundable. If I didn't book with them immediatly, they claimed, I would lose the rate because the DOT was about to change the rate (total lie). The amount was $280. I was never told there would be a processing fee if I canceled, and if I was, I would have given it my credit card number.

No documents were ever provided to me before charging my card, and I signed nothing. When I canceled a few days later, Team USA Moving withheld a so-called processing fee of $89over 30% of the deposit!
