No-Show Mover Didnt Refund Deposit moving ripoff

I paid Team USA moving company $843.57 on January 16th to schedule a move for the 29th or 30th of january. I have a copy of the contract and receipt. On the 29th noone arrived. I spoke with Mark, the registered agent of the corporation (his cellular # is 954 993 1120) on the 30th at around 10am and Team USA was under the impression that EJR transportation located in Miami had already arrived on the 29th to move me. Mark himself promised that if I gave them one more day, they would make it up to me. On the 31st noone showed. I grabbed a phone book and made alternative plans for the move with a company that did follow through - but Mark has refused to take my calls since then, and refused to refund my $843.
